Hey, Parents of 7th Graders!
Just a quick reminder that it's time to get ready for the school year and help make sure that your student is up-to-date on State Mandated vaccines. After your Doctor's appointment, all you need to provide is a copy of the updated shot records to your school nurse (prior to the August 11th start date). Don't forget about Sports Physicals for Sports/Band as well.
